Dyersburg’s 2nd annual Oktoberfest is set for Saturday, October 13 at the Main Street Dyersburg Farmer’s Market Pavilion. We’ve expanded this year’s event to include the traditional Fall Fest activities for the Kinder (kids)– Pumpkin painting, crafts, games, and the ever popular Insekt Finden (Bug Hunt) sponsored by DSCC. New this year is the Corporate Bavarian Bowl – a team event involving traditional (or not so traditional) Oktoberfest games! Sign up information is coming soon.

Show off your German Shephedrs & Weims at the Dog Show (of course all dogs are invited) or enter your Dachsunds and little dogs in the “King of the Weiners” race!

Evening activities will start at 4 pm, with the traditional Mayor’s welcome signaling the opening of the Biergarten. We have bands lined up all evening to keep you rocking while you enjoy football on tv, cornhole and jenga.

Pre-sale tickets are available at The Mustard Company store for $5.00, which includes a $1.00 coupon for food from our Develey booth. Make sure you wear the traditional Bavarian drindl and lederhosen! Or stop by The Mustard Company Store before you head downtown to grab a hat and suspenders to get into the spirit of the festival.
